Project Undertaking

Project is cognisant of the Code of Fundraising and seeks to comply with its provisions.

Project is not nor does it have any contractual arrangement with any registered charity.

Project undertakes with the Supporter to seek income from Sponsors of the Story Website and to pay two thirds of such income to a fund (the Charity Fund) managed and audited by appropriately qualified third parties.

Such fund will be distributed between registered charities as selected by and in the ratio of the Supporters of any selected charity.

An account will be taken upon the launch of each story and the distribution made at that time.

Details of the total donation to the selected charity will be sent to the Supporter on distibution.

Total donations accuing to any charity will be withheld and rolled over to the next story until the total due is in excess of £50 to minimise the handling cost to the charity.

All donations are subject to sponsorship income being achieved.
