What about Data Protection and privacy issues?

No problem, no personalised information is stored on Project's database, only anonymous email addresses and a general indication as to the location. No names, addresses or other personal data attaches to the emails.

How many Stories will you run at the same time?

Only one but we would hope to run about four per annum and in due course more if necessary to satisfy 'local' demands.

What will the Stories be about?

Anything of interest, involving ordinary people doing extraordinary things.

They could involve travel, community projects, hobbies, personal or collective challenges, indeed we will look at any item that we believe will prove attractive or interesting to Supporters. They should be ongoing and develop over 8/12 episodes.

How big is a Territory?

This depends on how many Supporters 'Opt In' but we anticipated that postal areas would be used of which there are approx 120.

How much can the Cause expect to receive?

Each Story will be the subject of a separate deal. Sponsors would agree the level of donation in advance.

We anticipate that management and production cost would be no more than 1/3rd of the Sponsors fee and that the causes would share 2/3rds of the sponsorship income.

Will there be more than one sponsor per Story?

Probably, it will depend on each particular contract. But there will only be one Sponsor per Territory so the site itself will not be smothered in Sponsors' links. Just one.

Will there be more than one Cause per Story?

Almost certainly. The Supporters will each choose the cause they wish to support.

So we could have a situation whereby there are multiple Sponsors and multiple Causes?

Yes (subject to the one Sponsor per Territory rule) and one of Projects functions would be to manage and distribute the Sponsors donations between the Charities as agreed. Independent auditors will monitor the distribution and management of the charitabel donations.

How many emails would a Supporter receive?

None if they don't want to or a maximum of one per week.

Will the Supporters be able to opt out?

Yes at any time either for any given Story or for all.

Will Supporters be able to change the Charity they would wish to support?

Yes.

Will Sponsors be able to select Charities they wish to support?

Yes they certainly could encourage customers/clients to ‘opt in’ and support any particular charity if they wish but the donations will still be as selected by the supporters.
